Vante

Vante are part of the Machine Solutions family. Vante Systems are designed specifically for catheter manufacturing and are capable of processing all thermoplastics. They use patented closed loop temperature feedback, repeatable to 1°C and are designed for applications from 2Fr to 60 Fr. The generator automatically adjusts power during the heating cycle to reach and maintain the operator specified temperature. Heat time, cool time and insertion pressure are also controlled for fast, precise and consistent results for tipping, welding, balloon bonding, flaring, soft tip forming and many other complex catheter applications.
